NTL problems in Rugby/Warwick

My connection keeps dropping. I was just wondering if anyone else in the area was having similar problems, or knows if the planned work NTL talk about for this week is affecting the Warwick/Rugby UBR.

I used to know how to get the modem diagnostic info (SNR, upstream strength etc) using a DOS window, but I've forgotten. Can anyone tell me? I have a Terayon Terajet 210.
