Seems that way, you might be interested to read this as well. http://www.plus.net/features/customer_guarantee.shtml

I've never had problems contacting them, but then i never spoke to anyone there before i had my account.

Fortunately Plus.net are a reputable ISP, give them a ring with your questions if you cant wait for emails or use the ticket system (they are normally quick at answering these too).

After looking after lots of customers using various ISP's, I would not recommend anyone else other than Plus.net especially with the new Broadband Plus 2MB for £14.99 package.

Dont forget the referral scheme they do also, how about a 50p per month per customer reduction on your monthly subscription. I now pay £18.99 a month for my 2MB premier thanks to 6 referrals.

Dont forget - Broadband Plus is not for P2P (approx 10KB/s peak on any P2P Program) while Broadband Premier is not limited at all.

Interestingly the Packet Shaping on BB+ is done using some fancy Ellacoya Hardware - web, email, games, IM's and downloads from the web all work no problem - just detects and packets shapes P2P.

    Well I'm connected to Plus.net now .

Internet went down yesterday and I couldn't login... so just phoned them up and within 5 minutes I found out that for the login name I had to put @plusdsl.net at the end (they didn't even say I had to do that).

Service seems good so far though

Edit: *sigh*, seem's that instead of 2mb ADSL I'm getting about 500k-1mb
