It is with my sincerest apologies that I am writing to you about an issue we have experienced with our billing systems. This has resulted in erroneous bills being generated this month.
Please be assured that we will not debit any monies from your account until we rectify this. We will send you a further communication next week detailing the correct amount that you should have been billed and when this will be debited.
Again please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you and accept our assurances that we are working very hard to continue improving our billing processes.
