    good find mate. I think the best thing to do is just ring them and ask. Can i have it so 3 people have a set bandwidth and thus downloading from one computer wont effect the other computers in anyway. I think thats what i will do.

    You do realise just how incredibly stupid that is, don't you???
    You don't want to throttle bandwidth to ports. You want to guarantee bandwidth to ports!!!
    There's an enormous difference. i.e. what happens when only one port is busy. Think about it.
    I hope they're just being lazy with their description.
