    On holiday, I can cope without an Internet connection (or a computer), although I do start wanting to head to the local games arcade...
    Mind you, as of this year I'd probably compensate by seeking out the local casino and playing poker instead, since playing poker online is the primary thing I end up using the net connection for currently...

    when i go away on holiday it doesnt really bother me that i dont have a computer with a net connection anywhere near.

    went to fracnce in the summer for the week and stayed in a house out there, it was fine - if we werent driving around places or chilling out in the sun having a good time we'd be back in the house, watching futurama on DVD and other such things.

    Its good to have a break!

    if i were at home and i had no interenet though i think id freak out!
    having computers all around the house and not being able to use them, because you just cant use a computer without the internet
