Not sure about LOW. I bought a card from them last year, which the delivery driver 'lost' (I know that's not really under their control). When I finally did get my card (3 weeks after I'd bought it) it was minus the game that should have been with it and was basically OEM and had been thrown in a brown box. They didn't advertise it in anyway as being OEM till after I complained.

They used businesspost. Never had them deliver anything since and I don't know about their company policies but the driver was a lying idiot.

I'm not saying LOW are bad e-tailers, I'm sure every place just has horrible transactions at some point, just saying that particular thing put me off them.
