New setup issues..

Hi,

Just got the Q6600 G0 from Scan today, got it all setup and i've gone to turn it on, it stays on for 5 seconds then turns off and will repeat it...

I've tried turning it off with the power button but doesn't work, will just turn on and back off repeatedly..

Got an Asus P5K-E motherboard and a Corsair HX520 PSU.

I've noticed that the fan movement on the PSU is rather strange.. It seems to look like it's wobbling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

no i dont think its that, i have one too and it looks a little wobbly, its just the logo making a slight illusion it think.

mabye need to re-install OS?
