had some bad experiences with dabs ages ago and must admit have avoided them since, I know aother people who swear by them though. Ebuyer returns have been pretty painless too.

Scan are a mixed bag for me - 1st RMA was a DVD drive - fault confirmed and replacement dispatched same day. 2nd was a 7900GT - took about 4 days for them to recognize they'd got it. Fault confirmed & sent to XFX. Still awaiting more news 6 days later, other than 'you may no get a replacement, but a "fair market value" for what it's worth' - whatever that means. Never had to RMA to ebuyer, never had a problem with their service in any other aspect though.
Only used Ebuyers RMA service, have to say very easy to deal with and prompt returns (replacements) /refunds.
Got my RMA back from Crucial today, took less than a week total, and it took 4 days to get to them via special delivery, which was a bit scary!
Didn't have any problems with Scan when I had to RMA some RAM that didn't work purely because it was the wrong density. Took about 5 minutes to explain the situation and sort out the RMA over the phone and the money was back on my bosses's card within a week.
Ebuyer ebuyer ebuyer definately.
As a bussiness customer (around 200-700 orders via Ebuyer a month), they do you right for an RMA. They allow you to book in a courier collection free of charge to collect the item, and you can choose between a direct replacement, other replacement, or refund with no hassle. Its then maybe 1-2 working days to process it once they receive it, and sort out the new one.
Scan's OK.
Had to send a TV back to e-buyer (DOA); free collection, refunded price but kept the delivery fee!
Quite a hassle, so not been back since.
