Antec 300 tri cool replacement

Hi

Recently noticed that the 120mm tri-cool fan that came with my antec 300 doesnt even work at the low speed setting it spins then stops, thne if you push it, spins for a few seconds then stops again, but works fine on the other settings.

So wondering if anyone else had this problem? if so do Antec replace the fans free of charge?

I think they got back to me on the same day (using the FORM above), but the part came from the USA and took a good couple of weeks. But it's free so I wasn't complaining.
