    Logitech LX710 Linux Compatibility?

Anyone have experience whether this Kbd & Mouse works well under Linux? Not too bothered if the multimedia keys work or not.

Its going for £25 online at PC world at the mo (£37 on Scan) so would like to know.

    Thanks

It'll work ok, since the USB wireless dongle pretends to be a USB HID, getting the extra buttons to work as expected may need some tweakage though.

    Re: Logitech LX710 Linux Compatibility?

I have read threads where users have had issues with some wireless Kbds under Ubuntu, like losing the Spacebar etc, have ordered it now anyway.

I have an LX710 and it is compatible with Ubuntu so I would say YES!!!

Staples were having the LX710 for £25 a few months ago so I got it then. The keyboard and mouse are great(even good for some gaming)! The USB is a bit fragile so I would be careful not to drop it or apply too much pressure to it.
