Hoojum Query

Apologies, somewhat of a witless question. I'm looking at building a small form factor pc in a Hoojum Chassis, and I'm just having some trouble in working out how to order it off of Scan. I see they have the faceplates and the motherboard but what about the rest of it? Have I completely misunderstood how to do this?
