What to upgrade?

It depends on how you pronounce asus

Deep Voice : Asoos ( sounds cool )
American Voice: A-sus (sounds rubbish)

Evga is boring you cant say it in any other way apart from maybe evja but then you sound stupid

According to the company themselves, it's pronounced Uh-Sooss, as in Dr. Seuss.
I'm the only person who bothers to pronounce it correctly, but meh, it's a stupid name

MSI stands for Micro-Star International. Typically is just pronounced as the three letters.
EVGA does not stand for anything in itself, but is a reference to the EVGA video standard (Extended video graphics array)

Crucial C300 64GB is only £89.99 on ebuyer today

Marvell controller in the C300 SSDs though, doesn't seem as good as the Sandforce that OCZ use in the Vertex 2E. The 60GB Vertex 2E is £91.53 at Scan (is 45p more at ebuyer), and IMO, would be the better buy.

I've heard worse things about the OCZ and Corsair drives personally.

Well Corsair give you the option of which controller to use. I may just be biased because I think Crucial's memory is poor, but from the benchmarks I read, the OCZ looked like the superior drive. That said, it's probably irrelevant, as even the relatively weak X25-V is an amazing performer in my system.
I just like to make sure people don't end up with SSDs that work like the old ones did, where they only had about 50KB/s random write speed. I made the mistake of buying one of the original OCZ Solid Series. Absolutely unusable.
