OEM = Original equipment manufacturer
ie the company who actually produces the thing and not a secondary company who slap there branding on it.
I'm not sure who the actual OEM is of the galaxy3 and the alienware ripoff, but you can tell it's the same company as the internals are exactly the same.
I think it's ColorsIT aka CiT but don't quote me on that.
Oh and I still really like the case I got for my otherhalf a while a go, it was £28 from ebuyer if I remember correctly, the build quality isn't great, but it did look quite good before I started modding it.

I really must finish this at some point.

Wow, I dont know if its just the way you took the photo but from some reason it looks massive, nice polished look though.
I dont why homeless folk settle for cardboard boxes , within a few years you could prob fit a table and bed in there along with components and monitor and just live off the grid out on some hill like some mini fortress- heck you even got enough space to fit in a gune like those towers the Nazis had at Normandy on D-Day.

What I find to be the most attractive case is the PowerMac\MacPro case, sure it is getting a bit long in the tooth these days, but it looks amazing, pity no one has decided to make a clone of it for ATX form factors, as they are a bitch to mod.

It's not that shiny, but I'm in the process of fixing that.
on careful study this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811162046 is built on the exact frame
Looking on the broadway com corp website I spotted this http://www.bccpc.com/bccpc/Sonic_Des.htm same case, windowed side panel and redesigned drive bays.
Ebuyer used to have a cheap steel macpro look-a-like case, they don't have it any more.
This is the same one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811164060
they still sell the black version http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811164061

They probably kept just enough difference to avoid being sued, it's actually quite hard to get patents or copyright on external design, features and logo's are different, if they'd included some "art work" that looked like a bit like the apple logo on the case then they would of been in trouble.
Glad you like the 330, it's not the best case in terms of features, layout, quality or looks, but it is a very good basic all round mid-tower with no real bad points to it and a very nice price.
You can get cheaper cases but not at that level of quality, the other basic layout reasonable quality cases out there tend to be a bit more money.
And I really don't think any of the later elite mid-tower case live up to it, the 331, 334 and 335 front bezels look nicer IMO but they lose the width of the 330 which give you that little bit more room for cpu cooler clearance and cable hiding space.
The 370 is nice but it's got some really glaringly obvious faults, eg filters on the top exhaust vents, but not on the bottom fan or side panel intake vents (yes it traps the dust inside the case) the steel is thinner esp on the motherboard tray, so to strengthen it they used pressed areas however this make it impossible to route and cables behind the motherboard tray (not that there's much space behind it to start with.) which is more important in the bottom mounted psu design and it needs another 20mm height above the motherboard (the motherboard is right up against the top of the case, which means there's not really enough space for top fans, they've tried to fix the by off setting the top fans but it's not enough esp if you've got power phase heatsinks at the top edge of your motherboard, and any fans mounted in the top get in the way of a large cpu cooler.
Same goes for the 430, and while I like the window design I hate the bezel design on that one.
