A7n8x-e deluxe onboard sound question

I know that this might sound like an easy question for some of you out there... but ever since i bought my new system i cant get my onboard sound to work, and on top of that i lost my manual and i cant find a new one on asus.com! Could anyone just try and guide a newb in the right direction?????
System:
Asus a7n8x-e Deluxe
anthlon xp 2500+ ocd to 3200+
samsung 80 gig sata
512mb corsair (vs)
radeon 9800 pro

it'll be in BIOS I think.

Probably under Integrated Devices or Advanced.

Look for the words Audio or AC97

Yeah, make sure it's enabled in the BIOS and also make sure you install the right drivers for it in Windows.

If your unsure about the drivers, just go to www.nvidia.com and download the latest unified nForce drivers.
