Here's my updated score with my HIS 7950 IceQ Boost running at 1100MHz

... For some reason 3DMark shows my RAM running at 667Mhz when it's actually running at 800MHz (DDR3 1600).

Have you checked that it's actually running at DDR3-1600? The RAM in my current box is rated to 1600 (CL9 at 1.35v ) but it's running at JEDEC standard 1333 because my motherboard won't read the 1600 profile automatically. Eventually I'll get round to setting it manually*, but since I rarely use my desktop I haven't got round to it yet
Well worth using CPU-Z to check what your memory actually reports itself as running at, and then messing around in the BIOS to make sure it's set up for optimal settings.
*I'm actually very lazy at setting up memory: my Q6600 build ran the 5-4-4-15 capable memory at 6-6-6-18 just because I couldn't be bothered changing it in the BIOS
Definitely set up correctly in the bios and CPU-Z reports it as 800MHz dual channel (9-9-9-24 @ 1.50V). I know 3DMark isn't perfect when it comes to detecting hardware values as it sometimes displays my CPU speed incorrectly. My board can't detect the XMP profile for some reason so i had to manually configure the RAM. Luckily enough the bios actually shows me the correct timings to use for 800MHz, but it won't enable it automatically (as with your board).
I tested some Avexir modules with my board once and the XMP profiles could be selected in the bios, but i can't do this with my Corsair Vengeance LP RAM for some reason .
Just got 8386 with a small overclock on my 290x

Just ran on my new laptop for first time, this is in the "HP Recommended" power setting (which I assume is balanced):

793 with an A10-4600M. Not bad at all from a laptop, IMNSHO - graphics are a fair old improvement on the A6-3670k downstairs, although it loses quite a lot on physics...
9906 the other night

Want to get over 10K this weekend, should be easy enough while staying stable.

OK, just ran the whole thing again on my laptop, but with power settings on "high performance", and got almost exactly the same (in fact very slightly lower) results. I assume this is down to thermal and TDP limits. Still, pretty happy with the overall performance
this is what I got with my pair of 290's. 16,189 with 22k+ graphics score in firestrike.

My main system is behind your humble office PC hexus ! Fire strike: 3317. It's good to see a website doing this, if all your forum members with computers post some results, it would make a great place to compare hardware if it were all correlated in a chart.

My system:
CPU: AMD 1100T BE
GPU: non reference XFX ATI 5800
RAM: 8Gb Corsair Vengeance (full size)
Mobo: Asus M4A785TD-V Evo
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper TX3 Evo
My system sure doesn't seem like the best around these days but it still plays all current games at highest setting's or just below.
Smeggin' hell between seeing this thread with no comments, running 3D mark and uploading results there are 16 pages of comments !....and results
