Before this, my i5 was clocked @ 4.2 using MSI OC Genie. I ended up manually adding 0.1 to it to push the physics score over 8000.

    That was a fun day!

Wonder why your combined score is so low? you comfortably beat both my 7750 on graphics and 905e on physics, but your combined score is lower? Something throttling, perhaps?

That said, can't believe a 470 is only 626 points ahead of a low-profile bus-powered card on graphics

it's the taking part that counts. although it is the top-spot for a 5670!

Fixed the link for you - thanks for joining and contributing

That's pretty impresive tbh - I take it that's a GDDR5 5670? Puts my A6 in its place really - you don't realise how much a small snip in all areas will bring a GPU down.

Now what we need is an A10-5800k to see how it compares to the latest and greatest APU

    thanks.

yeah, it's a GDDR5 5670. picked him up a couple of years back for circa £50. tough little bugger, likes to be heard too. might let him off his leash before i replace him later this year. could be interesting!

I've just ordered bits for an A10-5800k system (OCUK had a couple of A10-5800ks in their clearance section for the silly price of £49.99!). Once everything's arrived and built I'll run some benches and update the table.

    Re: 3DMark '13 score thread

They had some silly prices on graphics cards yesterday, but they mentioned them in their forums and they soon vanished! 7870 for £120, 7950 for £180. Still a 7870 XT for £150 and 7770 GHz for £65 available.

Also an Alpenfohn Matterhorn heatsink for £20 and an H60 for £25. I snagged a Xigmatek Loki for £8 for the A10 build. Probably other things too that I missed!

You got you're 3570 stable @ 5Ghz? :O what vcore are you using and what temps are you at load?
Can I assume you didn't use IBT to stress it?
