New card coming tomorrow but going from 2x 7950s to a single 290 so I doubt I'll beat my 99xx score. We shall see!

    Re: 3DMark '13 score thread

The highest score for your rig with 2x7950s at 9906 while the highest score for a single R9 290 is 9195, but should you add another R9 290 at a later date it might be reasonable to expect a gain of around 5,000 to 7,000 points. Though personally I would be happy with a single card giving a little less in performance than 2 cards in Crossfire/SLI.

    Well the votes are in.

9020 vs my old score of 9906. That's with the the CPU up from 4.4 to 4.7 and the new 290 running at 1127/1350 (up from 977/1250) but 3D Mark doesn't seem to be reporting those clocks.

on the plus side now I'm not running Xfire I can go play Company of Heroes 2 at last

    Re: 3DMark '13 score thread

I did a quick run of the Fire Strike Extreme benchmark of 3D Mark (2013) and got a nice result. With reference coolers I am not able to achieve higher clocks on the GPUs, when I got more time I will try what to get out of these with watercooling (already got my hydrocoppers lying around here).

I'd go as far as exceptional Any chance you could run the non-extreme benchmark so we can compare it to everyone else's results (we're not all willing to shell out for the full version, after all )?

    Re: 3DMark '13 score thread

Yeah no problem. I just have to reinstall the second waterblock. I failed a little bit on mounting it, now the voltage converters get too hot.

    Edit:
Here you go, got a score of 18095 points.

    Re: 3DMark '13 score thread

    Thank you

I did another run with 1306/3900 on the graphics cards and got about 18600, but in actual gaming my power supply was too weak and the computer shutdown. Over 1000 watts is just sick. I'm by the way using the SLV7 mod bios.
