This one for example.. could try contacting them with that, or signingit up on pr0n sites? oh well...

Great minds think alike I did that and quoted their corporate maxim on the jobs page - and said (paraphrasing) that not answering phones, not answering emails and making it impossible to contact them doesn't quite satisfy this.

If the order was over £100 your credit card company is legally obliged to assist you with getting a refund if you are struggling with the supplier, things like non-delivery of services/product, faulty goods etc... however, unfortunatly the law includes post as a possible contact medium

but yea, tell them theres a lot of unhappy customers sitting on Hexus with faulty goods and nothing to do with them

Errr.. don't most companies like this have switchboards that accept your call and generate a "fake" ringtone? Meaning you're on hold, paying for the privilege, and may not even know it! This creates a more professional image (so they say, I would have thought the opposite!!!) but if they are getting a kickback on what you're paying, what a happy bonus for them!

rajagra, i wouldn't be supprised, but it sounded like a proper BT ATM responce tone to me.. overclockers switchboard used to give you a message, but i think its totally fried now.

Update: Ok finally got my money back after several more emails and failed phone call attempts ... no confirmation/acknowledgement or other just landed back into my account after over a month of waiting ...

*** Will not be dealing with them again ***

... shame as they were pretty good apart from this ... but you do sometimes need to communicate with the seller!!!
