I think I'm happy with a new spec. Am just trying to see if I can make it cost a bit less. But yes, I needs to be reliable and pref. not a fire hazard!

Antec PSU
Sempron CPU
Gigabyte mobo
Decent RAM, expensive-ish and can't remember name
An improvment, I think you'll agree. Will it all work together?

Looks good, via chipsets can be a headache sometimes, but with the fsb running at a lower clock speed it shouldn't be troublesome.

Not to put you off, and it is only the one board, but at work yesterday someones came in and it was smoking, and capacitors were spewing their love juice over each other.
Thanks for that one Tobeman, I hope it is just the one board. I've always had huge successes with Gigabyte mobos in the past. You're scaring me now
