My Audigy2 ZS has stopped working in any PCI slot and IDE0 also doesn't work. Moreover I have to turn ACPI on for the system to boot. Weird stuff...

My PCI slots were fine but i had IDE trouble also. Turn ACPI on? that should be enabled anyway. So did you install the OS with ACPI off? that MAY explain the PCI trouble but hard to say.

Nah, XP was installed when I got the board back on Jan 2. PCI is weird because some utils can see a card there, but it doesn't initialise on bootup and WPCredit doesn't see the card BIOS.

Gonna have to take things apart (again) and check for gunk.
