thats the problem most people face when in this situation, instead of buying 2x7800gt most people will think oh ill just a top of the range nvidia and be happy with it, when the time comes i'll buy another one and SLI, the truth is no one does, they just keep buying a better single card. how many people do you know with 2x6800gt?

yes its because its the sensible thing to do i have sli mobo i prob wpont ever go sli although i never need more than wat i got now for css but still i want more like we all do but i dnt think the extra card is ever as good as the next single one, only thing i would consider is two 512 7800 gtxs coz they are cool but would eat my psu alive

yer i know, its a shame sli dosnt support one gfx card doing PPU while the other gpu thatw ay SLI would make sense (nvidia are working on this i think)
