Just found an MBM plug in freecableguy - Core(TM) Temperature Monitor Plugin for Motherboard Monitor 5
Distributed under license by The Tech Repository

I'm currently using mbm on my opty rig:-
It can be readily customised
What's more you can actually calibrate your voltages which is something i have done to my current mobo. Have done this to vcore, vdimm, 12v, 3.3v, & 5v. using a multimeter to read the actual voltages on the measuring points.

This can be useful especially to help determind the actual vcore given 965/975 chipsets vdroop (undervolting)

Haven't used it 4 fan control but pretty sure it can be used for that.

Mmm could maybe do with something like this myself, would b nice to switch the fans off at set temps and have them come in at certain times, like the EQ stuff but controllable in the OS, not too keen on the uGuru software..
