Most of the problems stem from Blizzard allowing people to use Switch (which is good) but forgetting to add the issue no (which is bad) without the issue no, the banks will not allow money to be withdrawn.
What makes it even more laughable is some of the names appearing on some peoples statements. Croydon Park Hotel & SWALLOW ST GEORGE, all showing sums of £8.99 (damn their cheap hotels) Seems the company doing the transactions have screwed up

well im on visa and did check the details and it was fine. it seems like they tried to charge me and the bank didnt allow payment or something. atm im ignoring it. i'll try there phones again at somepoint.
if i get blocked from the account i'll resubscribe but atm i dont seem to have bn charged even tho its apeared in the statement, there is no date for it.
I have been very busy all week and just entered my credit card details earlier today and it wouldn't accept them! I have contacted them via the online form and will phone them up tommorow if it's still not working...

Well, even though it says account frozen, and it wouldn't accept my CC i can still login! So I'm happy for the moment

My account said frozen, despite the fact that the credit card had been charged, but I could still play so I was happy. Now, when I try to login, it comes up with the error again! (Your prepaid period has expired, or something to that effect)Originally Posted by Mblaster

I used my dads Credit card instead of my Visa and it worked first time.
totally crazy as my card is a VISA DELTA and his is a standard VISA so I cannot fathom the reason why this failed but it did.
