Account frozen... or is it?

I was ment to be charged on the 22nd and relised that its now the 24th I thought id check my bank statement to make sure it went through ok.

When bliz first put up the msg about checking details i did and everything looked fine. u can imagine my surprise when i saw on my cc statement :

Reference - 00BASQT
Particulars - DECL INVALID CVC2/CVV2 9999999999999999
Amount (£) - 46.14

When i checked bliz's account management it says my account is frozen and has been since the 22nd! (can log in fine btw

) They dont seem to have any record there of the 6m subscription i had down.

tried phoning bliz's free phone number and got a little msg saying that theres So many ppl in the que that there not accepting anymore into the system at this time

I think it's totally borked. My credit card is at it's limit and my statement didn't mention my monthly fee being charged, but I can still play fine... touch wood! (I'll probably get home now and not be able to play, what a dire weekend that would be!!!)

For the *Many* times I've had to re-enter my cc details I've not been charged at all as yet

Every morning when i get to work i log into account manager and it says Account Frozen & there is no card registered to the account. Bung in my solo details, it says accepted and i can paly for another day... next day get to work, log into account manager, accoutn frozen, reenter solo details and it works fine for another day

Its stupid but nevermind, long as i can get on im happy.

I refuse to reenter the credit card details. I have already been charged, and I'm not getting charged again!

I think i must have been the only person to have been charged successfully and not have had a single issue with this happening...touch wood.

LOL, I've just checked my bank statement and the charge is there!! I could've sworn I gave them my credit card details.

Hey, TiG, did you pay for more than one month, or are you paying monthly? Also, you guys who are having troubles, are you paying in advance or one month at a time? I'm paying one month at a time. Never know what the future brings you see.

6 Month subscription, details put in at sign up, and not changed at all since.

Tig im guessing you are using a Credit Card and not a Solo or Switch? People with problems seem to be trying to to use these cards.

I use a Visa Electron, and they're less accepted than Solo AFAIK.
