At the Frost Gate at the min and I have to say that the mission is doing my head in (alot of the missions are for some reason)
Well, I say for some reason. What is getting me is that you get no direction markers at all, you just have to run around and hope for the best and find the right way by good luck more than good management.
I hope they do something about this in a future patch, something to help you in the right direction (literally, via the map at the top of the screen) whilst on missions, this is the only gripe I have with a damned superb game.
Yeah just wait until some of the kryta quests, one of my party's was lost out there for hoursOriginally Posted by Ferral

I can quite believe it !
I managed to do the first part of the mission and take out all the ballistas which takes around 30 mins, then you get a cutscene and you have to open the Dwarven Frostgate with the lever, I done the first 2 levers then a huge door opened and a load of Dwarves came running out while I was still killing the previous set so there was approx 9 enemies onscreen hacking away at me and the party, suffice to say we didnt survive so I have to start the mission yet again ! Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhh !
Heh, i spent half an hour running across the map only to get a greeting from a load of charr (being level 8 with some level 3 NPC's we don't stand a chance) and we get killed and placed right where we started running from
Ferral, you really need an all-human team to do that mission you're stuck on. I managed it first time with only 3 of us (about level 13 I think) though, so it shouldn't be too hard. I'm just off to the gym for an hour now, but MSN me later and I'll give you a hand if you need it.
Cheers mate, will be on a bit later on, NPC's seem quite useless with this one ! Mind you its just me and 5 NPC's, what you expect, heres me hacking away and they are just there as cannon fodder !
Thats a familiar site but with Dwarves !!!
You get swamped and then its very nearly game over !
I decided to have a wander about last night outside the FrostGate to see what was about, Level 10 Minotaurs everywhere ! Pretty easy to kill though, those black spider like things are damned nasty, got attacked by a group of 9 of them and suffice to say, I got killed !
I think I shall point out that jungle trolls are level 18 then, just to increase the that I killed them without even going below half health!Originally Posted by Ferral

The jungle always attacks me...
Trouble with Dwarves is that they as so short they are smaller targets to hit, or something like that !!!
Mind you if you could pick a race on Guild Wars I would have actually selected a Dwarf !
Look forward to seeing you online with us Oid mate, think you will be on you're own until you reach the main world now though as I think everyone else has actually left the portal world. You'll just have to use the NPC's !
However, we will all help out as much as possible once you reach where we are, you dont have to stay in the starting world to long, once you hit about level 5 you should be good to go.
Once you get into main world, dont head into the Breach with just NPC's, you need human players to get through it, give me a shout and I will assist
