    Well done fellas

Well-done to everyone you all played great, a good all round egg me thinks. No deaths until the completion of the first instance to avoid fighting our way out

The only thing I think I'd do differently in instances as regards loot, is after all mobs are dead and your rolling, before you do discuss who needs the item the most. For instance (no pun intended) if one member has already won a nice blue staff then if an other member is in particular need of that item then simply it should be given over in the name of compassion. Like if I won a blue axe and a second one came up I would pass so the other axe user with me at the time could enjoy a tastey piece o' loot. This is NOT directed at anyone in particular, this is my view and something I have learned during my time within SM, which I will take with me Spirits were high at the end of our adventures in Scarlet Monastery and I look forward to playing alongside all again soon

Yeah, it was good, and I enjoyed it a lot. Shame we could only manage the first 2 parts though, but I think taking on the 3rd part would have been suicide.

I thought the looting went well this time, I passed on items I couldn't use or already had, everyone else seemed to do the same, until the last boss where Stoo got a little bit "trigger happy" with his LMB and rolled on two items he couldn't use! Luckily, he lost the BOA one, and nobody wanted the sword.

So, give it another few levels and we could all go in and do the last part, the hard, hard bit! Keep the keys so we don't have to do the Library, unless someone wants the Staff that is.

I really enjoyed it. It was hard but very good. I need to get challenging shout as it appears I've missed it when I've been in for training and whilst I have taunt, I can't pull all the enemies on to me which I need to do. Taunt worked well when pulling people off of the magic users but I need more.

On the subject of pulls. There were instances last night when I would charge the target and before I could 'fix' them with taunt or shield bash, a huge fireball or the like would come flying in and pull them away from me. In the confusion of the ensuing battle it's then very hard to target the enemy and therefore pull them back. As the 'tank' ( or one of them - thx Rafe for saving my arse on a few occasions) I can take the damage, so you don't have to pile in, all spells blazing, straight away. if you wait for me to 'fix' them first, then come in it should work better.

Looking forward to partII though, it was fun!!

Sorry about that, I often forget how powerful they are. But then I wanna get as much damage done to them as possible, as some fights were pretty close.

Getting challenging shout is a must tbh, there were times when I had to save Imperators arse from being kicked to oblivion by using my high aggro, insta-cast arcane explosions. Worked well to get take the aggro from him, but then I obviously had the aggro to deal with!

The sheeping was fun though, I've never sheeped so much in my life! Will have to setup that macro so you all know who I'm sheeping, as once or twice the polymorphed mobs were being attacked just after I cast it. Work out these minor problems and we'll be OK in the last area. I hope!

I really wish I had recorded the part where the 15-20 or so guys ran in after killing the Armoury boss, looked so call to see them all die as soon as they ran in! That's one benefit of AoE spells!

Don't apologise fella, it was just an observation. The point, for me though, apart from the two times I died (once when everyone ran away and I had no-one to heal me and once when they all respawned around us) I was never in a close fight. My health was usually quite high and I'm fairly sure it's not supposed to work like that

The respawn was quite funny though. Don't know who said it on TS, but someone said "They'll be respawning now but it's only the wandering mobs so nothing to worry about" and then two rooms full of mobs respawned at once and hacked us down like dogs!! Must go down as the best quote ever

Well, when I said that, there was only 2 guys there so we attacked them. Then 2 groups either side of us spawned and more spawned right on top of me. That lot hurt, at one point I had 6 guys hitting me for 50-100 each time, I didn't last long.

It was funny though. And then we were all dead apart from Rafe who, like the Duracell bunny, just kept going and then, when he did die, rez'd in the instance and went some more

Yeh lol then I rez'd on my own and battled with a scarlet harlet which envolved both healing and bashing for eternity untill Allen politley suggested I just die (worth a go hey)

It is quite surprising how ones heart beat can race when engaged in a good battle he he

Heh, it would've been easier than fighting your way out alone!

Besides, the rest of us were dead and outside the instance by that time...

Maybe conjure a containment pool of jelly and summon a succubus for some one on one lady wrestling in the ever popular WWE bra and panties style of match.

Dunno if horde have the quest but as alliance you get a quest where you are transformed into a member of the scarlet crusade for a while. Thing is it randomly picks your gender so you either end up as a bald man or a scarlet harlot. Quite fun to run round as a scarlet harlot for a while.
