I am pretty sure major cinemas stopped showing it, but if you inquired at a smaller one, say a community centre or a university, they might be showing it in future. Ask them if they know far ahead what they will be showing.

What Pyle said. If you don't fancy that, it looks like the DVD is out October 5th:

Mr. Moore understands the influence of entertainment media, he knows the power it wields amongst a large section of western society. The plain truth in this matter is that there is a very large number of people who care more about how something is said rather than what is said. They are easily impressed, and if you can be funny and appear self-critical whilst making criticism in other areas, you've got them.

No offence intended to anyone, but a look down this thread shows some who've done some outside research, but what I see a lot of is people who pre-decided they were anti-bush and then through F 9/11 find that all their 'suspicions' are confirmed.

I would simply say to anyone who feels strongly about their political stance but who cannot cite any sources or reasoning beyond Fahrenheit 9/11 and it's ilk - truly think open mindedly, don't let propagandist entertainment form your thinking, and make logic and wide research be your foundation.

Wherever you come out, if you're going to think strongly about something, try to make sure you have the reasoning to do so.

Oh and as for the US media being all pro-Bush, the truth is that where news-media is concerned Fox is the ONLY pro-Bush channel. CNN, NBC, ABC etc. are all opposed.

As far as TV is concerned, Bush doesn't control the media, quite the opposite, US TV is typically left-wing.
You really need to watch the Rock Against Bush Vol2 DVD that i have, it will kinda show you that all the news channels are pro bush.

My thoughts on F 9/11 it's nothing new to me, said it when bush came to power that he would screw the USA over and us with it.

Sorry sir, not sure if you live in the USA, but I do, I see the news channels every single day. I hear the reports, see the coverage. The majority of news channels are NOT pro-Bush.

He likes the fact that the people of America hate the idea of going to war.
He likes the fact that the majority of Americans abhor guns andsupport any and all efforts to restrict the usage of personal firearms.
He likes the fact that Americas citizens are strong supporters of labor unions and workers rights.
He likes the fact that the majority of its residents strongly believe in equal rights for women and oppose any attempt by government or religious groups who seek to control their reproductive organs.
He supports the fact that in overwhelming numbers, the people of America believe that gay and lesbian people should have the same opportunities as straight people and they should not be discriminated against in any way.
He supports the public when they say that everyone wants to have the strongest protections necessary to ensure a clean environment and they take personal responsibility by doing a number of things every single day to cut down on pollution and waste.
He likes the fact that 80% of the population believe in universal healthcare and racial diversity on college campuses.

The problem with your point of view Galant is that you don't seem to understand the difference between criticism and hatred.
Do you really think that anyone who disagrees with policies of government should just shut up and say "oh well it's my country so it can't possibly be bad"

The assertion that the mainstream US media has a liberal bias is also palpably absurd.
During the run up to the last US election Al Gore enjoyed more negative news press than guess who? Mister Bush himself(and this wasn't including Fox News)

Thankyou GreenPiggy this was my point but perhaps I was being too polite so say it as it is!!!! plus the fact that bush in the last election fiddled the vote to his favour, so much for the truth and to tell you the truth bush is the real terrorist as he has made a complete mess in Iraq which in my opinion wont recover. so get rid of bush and get back to normality.

while i'm not disputing those 'distortions' I would like to examine the money trail behind the piece.
The poster on the left has a number of starring names:

Dick Morris - Don't know a lot about this guy. Read a couple of his articles and the title of one of them "How Bush can destroy Kerry" seems fairly clear cut.

Ron Silver - A speaker at this years Republican convention no less. Definitely seems like a concerned citizen doing his bit for truth and honesty to me.

Zell Miller - Ah good old Zell Miller, delivered the keynote speech at this years Republican convention. A massively right wing senator masquerading as a democrat. Only keeps the label to maintain his 'interesting' image. If anyone saw his speech at the RNC this year it was absolutely rabid, i thought he'd been bitten by a foaming bat.

Congressman Peter King - This guy is great, here is an exact quote:
"American Muslim community leaders are an enemy living amongst us"

Ed Koch - A regular contributor to Newsmax.com, the advocates of dropping a nuke on Falluja

Ann Coulter - And we come full circle to the lovely Ann, proof positive that even though you are 6ft tall and blond doesn't mean you can't be an insane right wing harpy
Quoting from Ann's book ""Liberals have a preternatural gift for striking a position on the side of treason,"
and "They are either traitors or idiots, and on the matter of America's self-preservation, the difference is irrelevant. Fifty years of treason hasn't slowed them down."

seriously Galant, are you earning over $200,000?
If so then I can't think of any other reason why you would contemplate voting for Bush.

Actually no I'm not earning that much. I'm not even voting - I'm not American.

But I thought this was a thread about Moore and F911. Fact is Moore's a plain old propagandist who happens to be good at what he does. F911 should not be considered objective nor used for research on Bush - it's distorted crap.

Yet again avoiding the discussion of your sources, very good.
If Moore is a plain old propogandist, what are your favourite poster boys?
what is Sean Hannity, what is Ann Coulter?
I would contend that they are actually plain, bald faced liars. Moore may distort facts in his film making but he is nowhere near the league of the Rush Limbaughs of this world.

ok, so you're not earning the money that would make you want to vote bush, lets explore the other reasons:
Do you have a deep rooted fear/hatred of gay people?
Do you wish to continue with the US good, Euros bad black & white assesment of Foreign policy
Do you wish to see all poor people ground into the dirt to further line the pockets of the rich?
Do you wish to see the the US adopt an oil only energy plan, ignoring the fears about global warming/oil depletion, hoping it will just go away?
