Is it possible to crossfire a 4830 with a 6950?




Also this is the final build:

i5 2500k
MSI P67-GD55
8GB 1600 Corsair Vengeance
Sapphire 6950 2GB
WD 500GB
Corsair TX750 V2
Asus DVD
Coolermaster Enforcer case

Total cost after mail in rebates = $924

I'll probably spend another $30-$50 on case fans and other accessories.

Sounds like a good build. PSU is a good choice.

To the crossfire question ... no. The only two cards that were different which worked together were the HD 4850 and HD 4870, because they were basically the same other than the memory type used (one used GDDR3 and the other GDDR5).
