After extensive delays my pc finally arrived on the 6th of October unfortunately the antikink coils I had requested had only been fitted to one small tube, I have phoned Scan repeatedly about this issue and have been told three times I will be called back but no one ever has.
Over the course of the two weeks this has been dragging on, one of the top radiator fans started making a klunking noise during boot up in the mornings that went away after being on for around 30 seconds but this morning the fan was stuck despite aquasuite showing a full 12 volts being sent, After a few light taps it began spinning but it's noticeably slower than the others on the same radiator.
Can someone from Scan please contact me as soon as possible by email so I can keep a record of all contact. I find the lack of customer support for my £4820 order completely unacceptable.
