    Overclocked 2500k

    Hi,

First of all I'd just like to say how pleased I am with my radius p67 from scan, really top notch job with some great benchmark results. The i5 2500K processor with this computer has been overclocked to 4.5Ghz which is also very impressive, especially with such low temperatures. However it is running constantly at 4.5Ghz and I was wondering if this is normal, or if it should drop to a lower clock speed when idle?

    Thanks again,

    Declan

    Re: Overclocked 2500k

    Hi Decco

Please email your build number to systemsupport@scan.co.uk and I will check the Overclock settings in your query

If Turbo is disabled this may explain why the system runs at a constant 4.5 Gig but we can't be sure till we know your settings

    Regards
