I was under the impression that my system was built and dispatched on Wednesday at around noon and that I would be contacted within 24 hours regarding delivery time and date by netsolve. However I haven't heard anything since. My invoice number is e1607002. Is this normal or can someone please look into this? Thanks

Same here, pc has been picked up by netsolve but no calls from them. Picked up Monday evening, it's now wed afternoon. I understand that why they went with netsolve, pc's going missing etc with normal courier but at £35 delivery you'd think they could atleast let you know when it will arrive. Picked up mon I assumed be here 100% by friday.. but starting to doubt this. Not good.
