Is anyone else experiencing extremly bad service from Scan & Netsolve Solutions?
My system ( which I paid for on the 7th March 2011) was collected from Scan on 30th March and I received an automated email from Netsolve saying they would contact me with a delivery date.
The Netsolve email had no contact details, and they have not contacted me since.
I called customer services on the 6th April and they were unhelpful, and I had to push them for a contact number for Netsolve. This number was a mobile number.
When I called it I was greeted with "Who's that?". And was told "We have been very busy, let me call you back"
They have not called back. I am not have a system set up. Netsolve are only delivering.
Why can't Scan package their equipment well enough for a recognised courier company to deliver their goods safely and efficently?
