    Netsolve Delivery Fail

    Is anyone else experiencing extremly bad service from Scan & Netsolve Solutions?

    My system ( which I paid for on the 7th March 2011) was collected from Scan on 30th March and I received an automated email from Netsolve saying they would contact me with a delivery date.

    The Netsolve email had no contact details, and they have not contacted me since.

    I called customer services on the 6th April and they were unhelpful, and I had to push them for a contact number for Netsolve. This number was a mobile number.

    When I called it I was greeted with "Who's that?". And was told "We have been very busy, let me call you back"

    They have not called back. I am not have a system set up. Netsolve are only delivering.

    Why can't Scan package their equipment well enough for a recognised courier company to deliver their goods safely and efficently?

    Delivery Update...completed

    Netsolve delivered my system on Friday 8th. They phoned the night before, and again when on route to me. I am lucky enough to work from home so this wasn't a problem, though I can imagine it could be an issue if you had to take time off work at such short notice. Not 100% sure if this would have happened without posting my complaint or not.

    But the main thing is I have my system, which is fantastically fast, and really neatly put together.

    A quick thank you to Ben for calling me this morning to talk through how things could have been handled better. You have retained a customer.

    I called netsolve today in relation to my soon to be delivered PC and they were helpful and let me know what was happening with deliveries. The guy I spoke to is calling me back tomorrow to inform me specifically of my delivery to confirm if it will be Thursday or Friday. I remain optimistic for now
