I can only guess that is what has happened to the PC, it was done on Friday and stated, Dispatch date 27th June, and I haven't received and e-mail about it moving on to the next step after the test, so just wondering if it is that the stress test has failed or has not been done yet, because I do not know if Scan work on Saturdays.
As you have automated e-mails to when computers pass a stage and then progress onto the next stage, for the Stress Test you should also have an automated e-mail for if the test fails and has to be fixed, just to keep some people in the know of what is going on in some stages, just a small addition to the automated service would make a lot of difference for customer service as people would know what the delay is for (no specific details, just a simple "Stage 6 has failed and has to be re-done" or something along those lines) xD
