    C'mon Scan get it sorted .....

    .... Its ironic, as i hang on the phone in an attempt to get some information about my 3XS build i listen to the caller holding message as the recording cheerfully informs me how Scan take pride in their customer care and how the customer is kept informed of progress

    Sorry ? my order was cleared for finance on Friday i received an automated message telling me so......


    Thank you for placing your 3XS system order with Scan Computers.

    Your paperwork for the 3XS system on order has now been passed to my department, and we are checking the whole order to make sure there is nothing out of stock that might delay the build of your system.

    Please note the assembly time may be up to 10 working days.

    We will let you know once we have checked the order of any stock issues and also advise when the system will be built and made available for collection.

    OK, i checked on line ALL components are in stock..... didn't take me more than 10 minutes to check.

    I called on Saturday, spoke to a helpful guy (sorry didn't get his name) who explained nothing could be done until Monday, if i didnt hear anything by Monday give them a call back (In the meantime i sent Phillip P an email requesting him to contact me to discuss some additions and up grades to my original system build (no reply)

    Anyway, by 3.30pm today i hadn't heard anything so, as requested I called Scan again. I Spoke to a lady called Carrie ? who informed me there was no one available to advise me but someone would call me back before the end of the day ..... still waiting....

    COULD SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS A COUPLE OF UPGRADES AND CHANGES TO MY SYSTEM BUILD AND TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATED BUILD SCHEDUALE ?

    Any news on this scan ? Not had a reply to my email was sposed to be ready for collection by Wednesday. Build status says waiting for parts :-(

    Hello Scupper,

    Your email was received at 9.03 this morning, Mondays are extremely busy and we aim to reply to all customers as soon as possible.

    To confirm your system is on track for being ready for collection on Wednesday as planned.

    Ref dirty washing… This is slightly unfair, when I spoke with you on the 11th I had no idea about the post made on Hexus yet still spent 30mins completely overhauling your system ensuring that you get the best system possible for what you had spent.

    Hi Phillip

    Please dont take this personnel, i appreciate you going through the system with me last week but its more than a bit frustrating trying to get information here !!!! I used the forum as a last resort. Until i posted my message in this thread today, as stated my email had not been answered and my ORDER PROGRESS" was showing awaiting parts.

    In the last hour i have received an email saying my build will take 4 working days? (Friday)

    However, here you are saying it will be ready for Wednesday im confused ......

    also i note in the last hour the build/order status has been updated to Building.

    Hope we are on track for Wednesday because ive booked an early finish so tp be in time to collect
