.... Its ironic, as i hang on the phone in an attempt to get some information about my 3XS build i listen to the caller holding message as the recording cheerfully informs me how Scan take pride in their customer care and how the customer is kept informed of progress
Sorry ? my order was cleared for finance on Friday i received an automated message telling me so......
Thank you for placing your 3XS system order with Scan Computers.
Your paperwork for the 3XS system on order has now been passed to my department, and we are checking the whole order to make sure there is nothing out of stock that might delay the build of your system.
Please note the assembly time may be up to 10 working days.
We will let you know once we have checked the order of any stock issues and also advise when the system will be built and made available for collection.

OK, i checked on line ALL components are in stock..... didn't take me more than 10 minutes to check.
I called on Saturday, spoke to a helpful guy (sorry didn't get his name) who explained nothing could be done until Monday, if i didnt hear anything by Monday give them a call back (In the meantime i sent Phillip P an email requesting him to contact me to discuss some additions and up grades to my original system build (no reply)
Anyway, by 3.30pm today i hadn't heard anything so, as requested I called Scan again. I Spoke to a lady called Carrie ? who informed me there was no one available to advise me but someone would call me back before the end of the day ..... still waiting....
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS A COUPLE OF UPGRADES AND CHANGES TO MY SYSTEM BUILD AND TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATED BUILD SCHEDUALE ?
