Ordered on the 9th and coming tommorow? Ordered mine on 27th march, finished being built 24th April, now i just got a call confirming delivery for Friday afternoon, quite reassuring after some of the delivery horror stories I've just read on here lol. On a side note, looking back over the emails, it seems I was charged for normal delivery as well as the 3xs deliver, did you guys get this too? ie is the delivery by net serve actually £43 and not £35? (well £51.59 after vat was added :/ )

Yer dunno why yours took so long, parts out of stock or complicated build? Mine was quite a simple build I think.

Anyway dpd messed up and don't get mine till tommorrow now. Had to take a day off work though so it better be here.

Same here, ordered on the 24th of March, finished build a month later - I'm still waiting on the delivery phone call. It really wouldn't surprise me if I have to wait yet another weekend with out my purchase.

Dpd are supposed to be delivering mine on a pallet so it should be safe and next day delivery, was supposed to have it yesterday have now taken another day off work for it to come today. If it don't come today I'll be requesting some form of compensation. The system is an hour away from my house how hard can it be. I would drive there but I've got a 2 week old baby I need to look after.....

I had delivery to republic and it was dpd and 3 days from leaving scan to my house in cork which i thought was very good

That is indeed good for cork! The site sez 2 days for NI delivery so fingers crossed... sounds reasonable enough.

Must say I can't believe how tidy it is inside and the quality of workmanship that's gone into it.


The biggest thankyou goes to Carl though and without him customer service I think would be lacking, his heart is in the job!

Dpd were **** though.

System is all set up, I can't believe how quiet it is!

I can confirm we do dispatch components over the weekend - however normally don't dispatch systems to Ireland over the weekend.

As discussed I shall get an update on your system before I leave today
