    BFG RMA Help

Hey all, I've got a 8800 GTS 320 that I've brought from scan a few years ago, start to artifact on me.

It shows multi colored lines running top to bottom and also during start it it shows weird symbols/characters, it will not boot into windows on 1 pc but will on the other pc, both pc's showing the same symptoms.

Now is this a case of RMA and if so how to do it, what I mean is the BFG site is little help and as far as I can tell only shows things belonging to the USA and canada, there is no UK number to phone and I really can't see an email address or rma form to fill

So any help with RMA'ing to BFG would be much appreciated

    Re: BFG RMA Help

I had a problem with a BFG before.
If you put as much information in the form as possible, they will process the RMA straight away.
You will then have to send it to south wales for repair/replacement.

    Re: BFG RMA Help

For any one still interested I've just got my replacement back from BFG and it is a GTX 250 OC 1GB model

Really quite fast really since I only sent it in on monday, but I did email them to find out what was happening when the rma status page was not update and with my parcel not being checked in, also a word of warning to people that are going to use BFG rma their RMA status page does not update in real time and takes ages to update so if you send something in and the page does not update it will have got there it's just the page is slow to update, but over all really fast work, now just to test that it works
