Waiting For Payment Although Complete?

Hey, i recently RMA'ed an item about this time last week and i 3 days ago got an e-mail saying that it is complete but i read here that it takes up to 3 days for the payment to return , but it has been 3 days and yet no payment (using paypal). I come here to see if it takes a bit longer if something went wrong.
