    Delayed order

    Slightly miffed to see that the not available notification arrived at 18:55 last night - to late to make alternative arrangements for the weekend - especially as this was an order placed on Sunday night for delivery Today.

    How much would the delivery charge be for delivery tomorrow (if poss) if I change the out of stock item to an alternative?

    Sorry for this.. I can't understand how this happened because when you placed your order, items were immediately allocated to you, the LN 26787 was not, suggesting it was Out of Stock, however was not put onto the Re-order list until the 2nd December.

    I will speak to the picking dept about this to find out what went wrong...

    The drive you are swapping out to is a bit cheaper but less than the difference for Saturday delivery, so if ok with you we can swap the HDD over and upgrade to Saturday pre 12am delivery, with no change to the Invoice total.

    Would this be ok?

    To close off - at 9am this morning Citylink delivered a cardboard box containing several yards of bubblewrap containing my 'stuff'! (And the bubble wrap is another reason why I buy from Scan - ensures no risk of damage to hard drives in transit)
