Hi I have posted this is the main forum but as stated by the scan representative I am re-posting it here as well
I have received an e-mail today regarding an order I had placed on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday. This e-mail stated that due to a problem authorizing my credit card payment has been declined.
I have since contacted my credit card company (since you were closed today) and they have told me that they have not declined any payment - and that the stated amount has in fact been processed through their system with no problem.
Therefore is this an issue with Scan as it does not seem that the credit card company themselves have blocked it, and since it is on their system, attached to my credit card number, I can correctly assume that I have entered the correct payment details
Any assistance in regards to this matter would be greatly appreciated
