Problem authorising payment.

I appear to be having a similar problem to other people.

Yesterday morning, received e-mail stating: "Thank you for your order. Unfortunately there has been a problem in authorising your credit card and your payment has been declined."

Card working fine on other sites.

Appreciate any help.
