I ordered a Intel 80GB SSD from you in November (invoice number 00E1345583) which was great until it completely stopped working about 5 weeks later. I have tried connecting it to different ports, tried swapping cables (both power and sata) with no luck at all. The motherboard does not recognise the ssd at all. However it does recognise my hd's and dvd drive etc. I have been advised that some motherboards require the bios settings to be set to RAID/AHCI which I have also tried changing with no result. I also tried returning the motherboard to it's defaults with no result. It is also worth mentioning that the SSD worked perfectly 'out of the box' with my EVGA Classified at stock settings for 5 weeks so there should be no reason to change any settings.
I do understand that the original enquiry I sent was on Christmas eve - however I have sent another and had no response in the interim between Chritmas and new year. What is most frustrating is that the SSD is my system drive so I have had use of that machine for 10 days or so.
Would you please contact me re an RMA so I can get this back to you and get my PC back up and running.
