    VX Nano Warranty

    Hi Scan People

    I bought a Logitech VX Nano mouse from you in late 2008 I think. The scroll wheel has stopped working properly, it's supposed to free wheel for fast scrolling and it has stopped doing this, it feels like there's extra friction on the wheel.

    Anyway it came with a 3 year warranty and I would like to get it replaced/fixed, but do I need to rma this with you or deal with logitech directly.

    I would probably go through Logitech direct you will have the mouse within a few days at your door. I think Scan would only be accountable for the first year from memory

    Not good news though as I have had mine around 8 months now and if yours has gone just over a year I had better keep an eye on mine. Carry it about all the time with the netbook. Great little mouse though.

    Yeah it's brilliant, I have it's big brother the MX revolution which is awesome too, love the fast scroll ability.

    If a mod reads this could it be moved to the scan after sales support area, I posted in the wrong forum by accident
