Seems like City-Link is really having trouble trying to give me next-day service.
Very possible that my address is on the very last leg of the delivery route. That makes me wonder if I'll ever get my package if the delivery slots happens to be close to full everyday

...seems like they could be overrun with deliveries and want to blame their inadequate service on customers. Scan arranged collection of my RMA for between 09:00 and 17:00 and I have been in all day. Absolutely no one from City Link has attempted to collect my RMA parcel - yet that shows up in my tracking information.
Well, they have the balls to claim that my address is wrong. They got the post code so I don't see how that could go wrong. I'm in W14 now. Last year I was in SW6 and I used to get everything before 9AM (every courier). Now I get DHL at 12pm, Royalmail at 2pm and Citylink seems to take 3-4 days to manage to reach me at 4pm.

Don't think SCAN can really help me here
Let's see if City-Link will deliver tomorrow. If they don't I think I'll have to not use SCAN until I move to another address next year.

We are confirming that City Link have scheduled the delivery again for today, I am also querying why City Link have a problem delivering to you on this occasions but havn't when delivering to you previously.
