I thought i would offer some feedback on a recent purchase which i received today on the sales process and improvements you could make.
1. If an item is out of stock for the foreseeable future then you should contact the buyer to let them know- I waited a week before querying when the cpu cooler would be in stock to be told there was no date.
2. When picking items for delivery can you ensure that they are the right ones? I ordered a silver ft02 silverstone case. On opening the box it turns out to be black-not very silver at all. Looking closer at the stickers you have on the box, it does say that it is black. Since i have had to take a day off work to receive the order i have no intention of raising an RMA to return the case as i can't afford to take more time off.
I guess black is the new silver.
