    Problem with delivery of order

    Hiya, I placed an order for a 2TB Samsung Spinpoint hard drive last Wednesday - Citylink tried to deliver when I was out on Thursday but left a card saying they would attempt delivery the next day but nothing came and no card was left. Now after phoning and trying to arrange another delivery it says it needs to be authorised by the sender - is this something you guys can do fairly easily??

    I've raised an OLQ and passed this through to the CS team.

    As such, they will look into this for you and email you once they've some further information regarding this.
