    Order Problem / Possible Website Bug

    I've made two attempts now to place an order on the site paying with my debit card but each time it locks it down to only deliver to my cards address and no my new works address?

    I used to be able to get things delivered to my old work address so why not my new one?

    As for the bug, i clicked on "confirm payment" or what ever it was to go from your delivery/card details to the prompt page that follows - while waiting for the page to load i noticed the address problem so did not proceed and went back to my cart only to find that the entire order had been removed.

    Im guessing at that point your DB is updated with the order being confirmed or something? but either way it wasnt - this could be the bug as it seems to be removing order data from the cart before the order process has finished. - if it was ive not had any emails so lets hope not

    Anyway - is it possible for me to order of my debit card and get it delivered to my work address? if not can we leave city link a note as my office is 30 secs from my house.

    For fraud prevention reasons, this is only available for Credit cards now.

    If you have an order history with ourselves - contact our Customer services team and they'll be able to assist.

    Well i think you should state this on the website as it wasn't clear to my self and left me going back and forth through the order process trying to gain access to changing my address.

    If you call Customer services and this can be changed for you.

    I've mentioned the issue to the web team to indicate more clearly.

    I've just paid with my Credit Card instead - but now it would seem that my order wont be delivered until the 16th when i was after deliver tomorrow which was an option when i placed the order.

    If i PM you my invoice number can you check what is holding this up? As i need the item tomorrow and can get elsewhere for next day delivery if Scan are unable to do so.

    Any answer on this as i will need to order ASAP from other store if im to get it tomorrow.

    Update: Called CS said it was just dated wrong so its sorted ta

    Quick login to the email before i go to bed and i find this

    "Please regard this email as a notification of delay in your order due to unexpected volumesin our warehouse. Please rest assured your custom is greatly valued and we will process your order with the utmost urgency. Your order has still been booked for a next working day delivery from the point of despatch and we will send further emails to confirm this."

    I find this comical after being on the phone with customer support and stating that i need the item tomorrow and to be told "it is being delivered tomorrow its out mistake i will mark it as urgent!"

    Could someone explain what is going on with this order?

    Phunky - looks like your order shipped last night. Perhaps the notification message was just sent before the order was packed?

    Either way as you state its been sent just the system being confused a second time on this order
