Perhaps this will have more luck, returned Corsiar memory with fault, received notification that it was faulty on 18th August, one email and three calls later, still no joy in replacement.
I used to like Scan, but am suspicious of any company where it takes 20 mins to call the RMA line, and get no answer, and 20 seconds on the sales line answered immediately!. Demonstrates a shift and forget policy. I run an IT consultancy, and market forces are simple, no service, not repeat business.
