Case arrived damaged?

I received a case (and other components) on 1/11/2010 and the case I ordered was a Temjin TJ08, upon opening the box approximately two days after delivery, ready to start my new build I find the case has arrived bent/dented? I emailed Scan a couple days ago about it but I have not have a reply yet...

If you emailed a couple of days ago, that would be Friday - you might have to wait until Monday to get a reply.

It's also worth to note the email said Scan only has seven days to file a claim against Citylink , my package was actually delivered by DPD but I forgot to note this in the email.

All in all I have to say I am pretty ticked off about this. I was really looking forward to starting my M-ATX i7 build.

I received an email yesterday stating to reply to the email with my address/date to pick up the case etc etc. The email said I will get ANOTHER reply confirming the time/date of pick up. I just had DPD ring my doorbell coming to collect the case yet I recevied no email confirming they were even coming.

Now I have to rebook, that's even more time of my time wasted. *Sigh*
