Ok, I've been waiting for my order for 2 days, I didnt get a txt from DPD yesterday telling me when to expect my order.

So I checked their site and the status said it arrived at the local warehouse on the 7th and was still there. They didn't try to deliver yesterday. And there was no delivery today either..

So roll on to tonight and I've had an emal from u guys saying that DPD have tried delivering and werent able? They haven't even tried!

I'm at a loss of what to do about the email as I don't have one if their 'we tried to deliver' notes with a number on. And there was no I'd in the email..

Thoughts?

ok update, it looks like they did try and deliver @ 3:15PM, 1 minute after i got home from a meeting and went out to my office - if i had gotten a TXT message as they usually send, i could have waited in the house until they'd delivered it..

i found the delivery slip scrunched up in the letterbox

because of their monumental cock up looks like i cant get a re-delivery and will have to collect it, because for some reason they've decided that this is the 2nd time they've tried to deliver - when there was someone in the house for all of yesterday!
