hi, I made an order on sunday but got an email saying payment was declined (looks like the securecode was down for the card that i was using as it never loaded up) so anyway sent a message last night (OLQ882572) asking for that order to be cancelled as I'll just reorder it with a different card later, but the card which was supposedly declined is showing that the money has actually been taken out?
So can you please check what's going on with the order as in "my account" it does not show as payment authorised, so has it or hasn't it?
